Cordon Kreyol Bakery was founded by Alexandra DaCeus, a Haitian American want o bring the old-fashioned tastes from her beloved Haitian homeland to her South Florida community. embark on a journey to discover the rich and varied flavors of Haitian cuisine. Alexandra said Cordon Kreyol was born during a difficult time, when, following the passing of a loved one, her family was unable to find a Haitian bakery to provide the kind of traditional, familiar foo one turns to at such a time. The goal was to make sure nobody in her community has to do without good Haitian cuisine.
She said, “We wanted to open a place where people can find the high quality, really good food available in Haiti. We offer that, we cook with our heart, we put everything into the cooking!”
