Sides

Rice and Peas
Savory combination of rice and peas cooked in rich coconut milk.  Seasoned with thyme, garlic, and special Cordon Kreyol spices.  

White Rice
Plain white rice allows exotic flavor of meats penetrate your senses.

Soups

Hearty flavorful soups can be served as a completely balanced meal.

Beef
(served Mondays, Wednesdays)
Beef with bones slow-cooked with mix of vegetables, yams, dumplings and spices.

Chicken
(served Tuesdays, Thursdays)
Chicken with bones slow-cooked with mix of vegetables, yams, dumplings and spices.

Breads, Pastries and Sweets including delicious flaky patties filled with savory seasoned meat or vegetable stuffing.  Comes spicy or mild.  Classic lunch selection.  Can be served with buttery coco-bread.
